Using WiiConnect24, you can download ghosts and send your ghost to friends. Also, you can get information about tournaments run through the Mario Kart Channel, as well as information about events. If you install the Mario Kart Channel in your Wii Menu, you can access each of the channel’s features without having the Game Disc inserted. However, if you want to race, you will need to insert the Game Disc into the Wii.
